A little about me
I started my career as a pet portrait artist in 2019 when I painted my first portrait of my neighbors dog, Terry. Terry was a tiny Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix and after she passed away, I knew I wanted to gift my neighbor Karen with something that would make her feel a little better. Once I started painting, I surprised myself. Not only did I love painting pets, I was pretty good at it. And every single portrait I have done since then has only made me a better artist.
I’ve always had a passion for creating art, but once I picked up my first paint brush it was love at first sight. With my great grandfather being Ralph Scott, a successful painter and art professor, it’s safe to say painting is in my DNA.
Lover of art, plants, my ungrateful kitties Rocky and Minnie, my doggies Remy and Lacey, horror movies, Rock and Roll, and Jim Carrey.
